Hey y'all Ca$h Collectors!
You're here for the Sales Nav play.
COMMI$H’$ 5 $TAR TIP:
Worked with a team last week, breaking into enterprise accounts with 80k+ deal sizes.
Here's the strategy that's working:
Groundswell prospecting.
Stop chasing execs. Start working on your groundswell.
Most reps obsess over VPs and CROs, trust me, I obsess over getting in front of them as well. I know the reps that do well on LinkedIn build momentum with mid-level and front-line roles first. This gives you context, internal support, and often intros upstream.
I keep seeing the same advice from CROs and executives, they all say talk to the team first. When multiple execs tell you the same thing, you listen. Really, though, don’t let this go in one year and out the other. Jessica (former CRO for Calendly) mentions she gets so many messages that it's way easier to tap someone in the organization first.
Hang this one up on the wall.

So, how do you reach out to these people?
Reach out with this message to someone at the Director level or below:
"Hi [Name], I've been researching [Company] and noticed [specific observation], which often indicates [potential problem]. As someone working directly with these systems, have you encountered this issue? I'm trying to understand if this is a current challenge for your team."
Would suggest using a voice note here if you can.
After they respond, confirm they're open to you using the information or to what extent you can use the info. Some people want their name left out.

Your move: Pick your top target account right now. Find 3 non-exec influencers and send that message this week.
This approach consistently gets higher response rates and warmer executive intros. Try it out!
CHEAT CODE$:
I did something this past week that blew my mind.
I took ALL my LinkedIn DMs to understand exactly why and how people responded to me.
Here's the process:
Step 1: Go to LinkedIn Settings → Data Privacy → "Get a copy of your data"
Step 2: Download your archive (takes 24-48 hours)
Step 3: Look for the second download - find the "messages.csv" file
Step 4: Upload that CSV to ChatGPT or Claude
The exact prompt I used:
"Analyze this LinkedIn message data. Identify patterns in:
1) Messages that got responses vs those that didn't
2) Common phrases or approaches in successful messages,
3) Optimal message length and timing
4) Response rate differences by role.
Give me actionable insights to improve my outreach. Then write me 5 template DMs I can use moving forward"
Still early days for this discovery. But I can tell you my messaging is way more clear and I already booked a couple of meetings with refined messaging.
Your turn: Download your LinkedIn data this week and run this analysis. You'll be shocked at what patterns emerge. I am still shocked.
Reply "PROCESS" if you want my step-by-step video walkthrough.
THE JOURNEY:
I know everyone's been complaining about the LinkedIn algorithm lately or that outbound is getting harder. Here's my advice if you feel that way because I have been feeling some type of way about it too.
I don't chase the algorithm. I chase alignment.
Something that's been on my mind lately is that alignment is the answer to be more calm and focused in life. For example, the deeper my relationship with God gets, the clearer everything becomes. As things get clearer, I realize the only thing I need to do is listen and execute on what He wants me to create.
It feels like a beautiful flow state, I can stay locked in for hours. I know it's not for everyone, but once you get aligned, it's a beautiful thing.
In my journey, I've noticed the more alignment I have with God, the things we worry about aren't as deep as we make them out to be. There's so much deeper stuff going on.
Not saying everyone needs to do what I do, but I'd pay attention to what you have alignment with. Dig deeper into where your anxiety and nervousness came from in the past. All mine came from trying to prove everything to everyone.
Now I no longer have anything to prove except to be a good steward and vessel for God's plan. Everything else falls into place when I focus on that.
Find your alignment so you can find yourself in a focused peace to accomplish your goals.
