Hey y'all Ca$h Collectors!

Short and sweet today because most of you are closing out the quarter/month. Here is the Warm Intro play.

COMMI$H’$ 5 $TAR TIP:

It's end-of-month.

You're working on active deals, calling old leads, and FaceTiming champions. Ok, maybe not that, but you are all gas.

But here's a play for the first week of next month that'll line up the rest of your H2.

Play: The Big 30: Asking For Warm Intros The Right Way

I slept on this. Always deep in the cold outbound motion because that is my first move. However, I forgot how powerful your existing network really is.

Here's how I ran it last week and booked 2 meetings instantly.

Step-by-Step:

1. Make a list of 30 warm contacts

  • Prioritize clients, friendly partners, old coworkers

  • People who would introduce you IF you made it easy

Message your contact: "Got a quick favor to ask. I was scanning your network and noticed a few people who might be a good fit for what I do. Mind if I send over 3 names and you let me know if any make sense for an intro?"

2. Open Sales Navigator

  • Use "Connections Of" filter

  • Search for people in your ICP (job titles, company size, etc.)

  • Match them with people you know who are already connected

3. After they say yes, send:

  • Name + Context + 2-line intro they can copy/paste

Make it stupid easy. That's how you get results.

DM if you end up trying this out!

The LinkedIn playbook from 2018 won’t win in 2025.

If you feel like LinkedIn just isn’t converting the way it used to… this is for you.

I’m hosting a free live webinar on:

The New Way to Win on LinkedIn in 2025

(Even If You’ve Been Selling for 10+ Years)

Inside, I’ll break down 3 tactical plays I’m using right now with clients and in my own outbound:

  • Targeting That Converts (5 Sales Nav filters that matter)

  • Outreach That Doesn’t Suck (video + DM templates that book)

  • Content That Gets Attention (Comment Magnet Framework + CTAs that convert)

We’ll cover what’s changed, what’s working now, and how to roll it out in 10 days or less.

This is for AEs, SDRs, and sales leaders trying to turn LinkedIn into real pipeline.

When:

  • August 13
    8:00AM PT | 11:00AM ET

CHEAT CODE$:

At the end of every month or quarter, most reps just move on to the next pipeline push. Here's what you should do instead.. The call review sprint!

The Process:

Step 1: Gather 25 recorded sales calls from your call recording tool like a Gong or Fathom

Step 2: Put all the transcripts into one document

Step 3: Feed this document with data to AI with this exact prompt:

"You are a seasoned sales messaging expert with 20 years of experience. Based on the following call analysis data, create:

1) Three pain-focused outbound messages using the prospect's exact language, 2) Five discovery questions that uncover these specific pain points, 3) Three LinkedIn post ideas that speak directly to these challenges. Use only the language and terminology from the call data - no generic business speak."

This is going to work because you're not guessing your ICP's language anymore. It's literally sitting in your recordings.

I ran this last month and my sales cycle has reduced from 45 days to about 31days now. Going to keep tweaking it because this process is new for me, but it can help everyone here sell better.

THE JOURNEY:

Being back home has changed everything. Don’t get me wrong, I love the travel, the stage, the events.

But being back in rhythm is everything.

I've been getting REAL time with people I love, locking into routines, and finally reclaiming those deep work blocks that I lose while traveling.

My mantra right now is “Your routine is your runway.”

It's the difference between reactive days and compounding progress. Right now, I'm getting two deep work blocks a day, 4 hours in the mornings and 2 hours in the afternoon. That alone has leveled me up within a week of being back.

Walking more. Playing pickleball again. Even hitting the gym consistently. Not because I "have time" because I've built rhythm.

If you've been feeling scattered, I challenge you to find a way to protect your routine more aggressively.

Stay locked in, my friends.

Forward this to one rep who’s only thinking cold  and forgot they’ve got 30 warm intros just waiting to be unlocked.

Let’s finish the month strong.
