Hey y'all!

You're here for the AI prompt for research.

Let's get straight to it…

COMMI$H’$ 5 $TAR TIP:

This week I'm sharing one of our most requested tools from the AMP social selling system.

One of our 5Cs is Clarity which is knowing exactly who to target and why you target them.

Here's the prompt I use to develop research-backed talking points for top accounts:

“You are an expert account researcher with 20+ years of experience helping B2B sales professionals uncover valuable insights about target companies.

Research [COMPANY NAME] and provide me with 5 specific, actionable bullet points I can use in my outreach:

1. A recent company achievement, announcement, or change (with date)

2. A specific business challenge they're likely facing based on industry trends

3. An insight from a recent interview with one of their executives or notable quotes from company leadership

4. Top strategic goals or initiatives mentioned in their annual report, 10K filing, or investor presentations (if applicable)

5. Recent hiring patterns or open positions that indicate growth areas or pain points

For each bullet point:

- Include specific facts, not generic observations

- Add a suggested talking point I could use in a message

- Explain why this information indicates buying potential

- Cite the source of your information (interview, 10K, job postings, etc.)”

If you have data about how you've helped similar customers, add this format:

"Based on our work with [SIMILAR CUSTOMER], we helped them [SPECIFIC OUTCOME WITH METRICS]. They had similar challenges with [CHALLENGE THAT MATCHES TARGET COMPANY]."

BONUS (6th point): Identify potential blindspots or objections you should prepare for:

- Recent partnerships that might compete with your solution

- Past initiatives similar to what you're proposing that may have failed

- Current vendor relationships that could be obstacles

- Company culture factors that might affect your approach

Finally, based on this research, suggest the 3 most effective value propositions to lead with for this specific account and the best executive to target first. “

Been using this for my top 100 accounts, and the clarity it provides is elite.

The ability to do this research within 3-5 minutes vs. 2-3 hours is what is making the difference for me. When I used to train reps on this it was heavy manual work to do all of this. Now, with AI you do not even have to worry about it as much.

Try using this for your next 10 Tier 1 outreach attempts and watch the difference in how much it takes you to do the work plus get a response than the manual approach.

CHEAT CODE$:

We're going to do a different type of cheat code today.

If you're looking to create content (or you're a seller trying to put yourself out there), here's a way to remix content like a rapper so you don't continuously feel overwhelmed.

I call this Content Ascension. Here's exactly how it works:

  1. Start with a text post on LinkedIn (often a listicle)

  2. If it performs well, our team converts it into a carousel

  3. If the carousel hits, we turn it into a video

  4. Then we take parts of the carousel and make them individual posts/tweets

One post can end up becoming 10 different posts in the next 30 days.

This Content Ascension strategy is perfect if you're struggling with creation. It’s how I have been able to be consistent for 9 years with content.

Test it out in your next round of content creation.

THE JOURNEY:

I just took a four-day staycation with minimal screen time, and it was exactly what I needed.

Between float tanks, lazy rivers, video games, massages, and disconnecting from my phone. (Wow I did a lot.) I had time to truly think about what matters.

To make sure I captured my feelings, I recorded a voice note that was about 3-4 pages long of raw thoughts but here are the cliff notes on what I discovered:

First, I recognized that I crave deep work time and immersing into my craft more than anything. If I am not diving deeper into something, I get bored very easily. For me that is LinkedIn Sales Navigator, pipeline generation on LinkedIn, God, future of sales/outbound, AI and content around social selling. Not just surface level, but Kobe Bryant-level obsession with mastering it.

Second, I reflected on the connection between love and peace. After deep reflection, I realized something fascinating I hadn't considered before:

You cannot have peace without love.

I've found that love in my craft is what pulls me in naturally. When you truly love what you're doing, you lose track of time. When you love the people you work with it feels like a journey. When you love yourself people can feel that. It becomes the natural flow that everyone is looking for.

Third, freedom at all costs. I realized how much we need to increase AI agents/automation at AMP to remove the things that drain our energy. I wrote down some questions like… How do I optimize my schedule to spend more time with people I care about? How do I focus on truly drives my soul and not drain me?

The outcome of what people want is freedom. That comes from truly mastering your craft and building systems that work for you.

Right now, I feel refreshed and rejuvenated. The past three months were chaos, but I'm now moving into a season of growth. I'm excited about building our AMP social selling system and helping teams leverage LinkedIn in ways they never thought possible. I am excited about tapping into community and evolving myself in a way I haven't before. I am pumped about tapping into a different mindset that I have not experienced before.

As someone once said, it's not about finding what you're passionate about - it's about finding what you love enough to master. For me, that's become clear.

What pulls you in so deeply that you lose track of time?

Have an amazing week y'all!

Also, fun question to end the newsletter with. What is your favorite movie of all time?

Over my time away, I caught up on all the shows and movies people told me to watch, so now I am in a movie kick.

Cheers,
