Hey y'all Ca$h Collectors!
You're here for the outbound strategy.
Let's get straight to it…
COMMI$H’$ 5 $TAR TIP:
Here's something I've been testing that's shifted how I think about LinkedIn messages.
If you're writing a cold message, don't write it like an intro or a generic cold email. Write it like you're starting a conversation.
Most cold DMs and emails sound like this:
"Hi [Name], hope all is well. Noticed that you are a x persona..”
Which I used to do the same thing when I started.
It's polite. It's generic. And it gets ignored.
But what if you started everything like a conversation instead?
With AMP, we help teams use LinkedIn to drive pipeline. When I reach out to a CRO or VP of Sales, I skip the fluffy intro and get straight into it:
“You’ve hired 7 AEs, but only 2 seem to be using LinkedIn consistently. Curious, have you thought about how to help the rest of the team tap into LinkedIn as a pipeline channel?”
It sounds like a natural conversation.
My reply rate has gone from 8% to 14%.
Why?
Because people lean into momentum, not generic messages.
Then I use AI to test 3-4 "pattern interrupt" openers across personas and compare reply rates. It helps me find my voice faster without burning through my prospect list.
Here's my basketball analogy:
I love watching Jalen Brunson on the Knicks right now. (Even though they are getting cooked by the Pacers.)
The reason he stands out to me is that he has multiple ways to score.
He can hit the three, drop a step-back fadeaway, or drive and get the and-one.
Jalen understands the assignment that he needs multiple ways to score so his opponents don’t know exactly how to stop him.
Same with LinkedIn outbound.
We need multiple ways to land the meeting.
Yes, I'm a huge proponent of sending videos… like I love it. But sometimes that doesn't work.
We need different approaches.
A 300-character LinkedIn message
A question that leads the conversation
Test out sending a Meme
Ultimately, remember to write like you are starting a conversation, not pitching immediately.
Try it on 10 prospects this week. Cut the intro. Jump into the conversation and let the energy carry you.

I don't usually reveal my full LinkedIn framework, but Alex Olley convinced me it's time.
We're doing something different… a live breakdown of our highest-performing outbound plays. No holds barred. Typically when I do this on rare occasions people schedule a meeting the next day.
You'll see:
The 4-step social selling sequence I use for Fortune 500 accounts
Alex's gifting timing that turns "maybe later" into "let's meet this week"
Real examples from deals we've closed using these exact methods
Interactive session where YOU decide which plays work best
While your competitors are still playing the traditional outbound game, prospects are living on LinkedIn. We'll show you how to meet them there and convert them into pipeline.
This session will change how you think about outbound forever.
Stop guessing what works. Come see the playbook that's actually driving results.
CHEAT CODE$:
Every single one of my viral LinkedIn posts comes from the same place a folder in my phone called "Soul Takes."
The results speak for themselves:
My post about LinkedIn losing its soul (1,000+ likes)
The URL to IRL content that generated 10+ speaking inquiries
My highest-engagement content in the last 6 months… all from this folder
This is not to brag about going viral it’s to prove a point.
People want to hear from your soul not from an AI-generated content piece.
Now to clarify, it is ok to take your original thoughts to AI to help refine the content.
It is NOT ok to ask AI to write you a post from scratch because you will the aggregate info that everyone else is saying.
So here is how the folder works.
I jot down unfiltered thoughts throughout the day. It looks like caveman writing, but it's completely human.
No editing, no polishing.. just raw thoughts about business, life, faith, whatever I'm feeling.
When I need content, I don't brainstorm.
I just open Soul Takes and find something that hits that day.
Why this works:
People connect with authentic stream of consciousness
You capture ideas in their rawest most powerful form
You develop your unique voice faster
Take the raw ideas to put it into AI to make it sound normal then refine from there
Now I want you all to take action.
Create a "Soul Takes" folder in your Notes app.
Write unfiltered thoughts throughout the day. Don't worry about grammar. Review weekly for content gold.
Try this for one week. I guarantee your content will feel more authentic and get better engagement.
Who is with me?
THE JOURNEY:
I had a call last week with Aneesh who is a close friend of mine who's building a LinkedIn influencer agency with 30 B2B creators on his roster right now. Absolutely crushing it right now by the way.
Anyways, we made an agreement on something that I believe will be important for a lot of you to consider.
If either of us mentions something that drains our energy, the other person immediately calls it out.
Right there in the moment, no hesitation.
I started doing this earlier this year, but having someone hold yourself more accountable for it is gold.
Here are some results that I experienced already.
Business Results:
Removed 3 services from AMP, focused only on LinkedIn social selling ONLY
Revenue actually increased 30% while working fewer hours
Closed an enterprise account in the last month just from this focus
Personal Results:
Removed energy-draining apps from my phone (including my LinkedIn feed)
Only playing 2 video games now (Oblivion and Marvel Rivals). I Hit Plantinum 2 last week in Marvel Rivals.
Feel genuinely happier and more focused than I have in months
It's not about doing less…it's about being more immersed. I removed things that don't energize me to go deeper on what does.
My LinkedIn engagement is higher than ever, even without scrolling the feed. When you're not distracted by noise, you create better content.
Test one thing this week for me.
Remove the noise of the feed/apps and notice how much better you feel.
